By downloading and using the application, Marina Race SL, acting as the data controller, guarantees the user access to the technology that allows them to obtain, free of charge, two photographs of their body, along with information about their height, age, gender, and other required parameters, to create a 3D avatar representing a three-dimensional reconstruction of their body.
After downloading and installing the application, and before using it for the first time, it is important for the user to be fully informed about the use of their data. Subsequently, the user is required to explicitly accept this privacy policy by checking the corresponding box on the screen, along with the link directing them to the Marina Race SL website, where the conditions are detailed.

DATA COLLECTED
The data collected from the user includes two full-body photographs (frontal and profile, showing the face), weight, gender, age, and height.
Data from the mobile device, such as the model and operating system version, are also collected. The IP address (Internet Protocol) is recorded to determine the country from which the application is being used.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The application automatically uses the two images and the data provided by the user to generate a 3D body avatar, from which anthropometric measurements are obtained. These data are stored and subsequently used to improve the reconstruction service. The user can view their avatar and associated measurements in the application.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for data processing is the contract or relationship established by accepting the use of the application, as well as the consent of the data subject, which can be revoked at any time. Additionally, there is a legitimate interest in retaining anonymized data for scientific research purposes by Marina Race.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be retained until the user revokes their consent, which can be done by contacting the data controller. Anonymized data will be retained indefinitely, pursuant to Marina Race SL\'s legitimate interest.
DATA RECIPIENTS
There are no plans to transfer data to third parties. In the event of image or data disclosure, this will only be done within the scope of biomechanical application development for scientific purposes, and always in anonymized form.
RIGHTS
The user has the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, portability, and restriction of processing. This can be done by sending a written request to the data controller at the address provided above.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE USER AND MARINA RACEWEAR
The process of sending avatars to the mobile device is carried out as follows: (1) the application sends the two photos and user information to the Marina Race SL server; (2) the two photos and user information (height, age, etc.) are automatically stored, the avatar is generated, and a unique alphanumeric and random ID is assigned; (3) the ID is sent to the application so the user can view their 3D avatar and obtained measurements; (4) the application retains the ID reference to retrieve the 3D avatar when the user wishes. At no time is the information stored on the mobile device.
When another reconstruction request is made, the same steps are followed. To track over time, successive IDs are related to the first one.
The user will receive a series of IDs associated with their data on the server. Each code corresponds to an avatar generated by the user. These codes are linked to user photographs, but not to mobile devices, so the owner of each code cannot be identified, nor can their email address or user profile be obtained. Therefore, it is the user\'s responsibility to keep the generated codes, as they will be necessary to exercise their rights. It is important to note that if the user changes or resets their mobile device, they will lose the IDs unless they have saved them previously.
ANONYMIZATION OF DATA AND IMPROVEMENT OF ALGORITHMS
All data provided by the user will be used exclusively to improve reconstruction services, as long as consent is not revoked. Additionally, Marina Race SL will retain anonymized data indefinitely, based on its legitimate interest.
